Born from a passion for exceptional food and the quest for the perfect almond croissant, The Daily Knead brings artisanal baking to the heart of Totnes. Instead of driving hours to find quality baked goods, we decided to create a local destination where the community can enjoy freshly baked treats made with care and expertise.

Our daily bread is rooted in tradition and crafted with Wild Farmed regenerative flour. Expect naturally leavened sourdough loaves, golden focaccia, farmhouse breads, seeded baguettes and so much more. Every day brings new ideas, seasonal ingredients, and fresh creativity straight from our ovens.

Our pastry counter is filled with buttery, hand-laminated favourites: Classic butter croissants, almond croissants, pistachio cruffins, seasonal filled danishes, pain au chocolat and many more tasty bakes. We’re always exploring new flavours, textures, and inspirations to keep things fresh and exciting.
